COVID Testing Centre - Case Study

A fast-tracked delivery programme undertaken for Ability Furniture, providing a series of urgently required COVID-19 testing centres across Kent on behalf of Kent County Council. The scheme encompassed multiple prominent locations, including Dover Discovery Centre, Detling Showground and Folkestone Library. Executed under exceptional time pressures, the project demanded precise coordination, adaptability and clarity of delivery. The centres were successfully brought into operation at pace and received national exposure, with live coverage broadcast by the BBC.
